A Pictures Worth a Thousand Words

The Welcome Western Week Parade

As we've done every year since we moved to Littleton, we attended the Welcome Western Week parade in downtown Littleton. It's a nearly two-hour parade but I loved every minute of it and so did Michael. Check out some pictures blog.

A Suite at the Drag Races

David got tickets to watch the Super Chevy drag races at Bandimere Speedway in a suite on Saturday (after the parade). It was a great opportunity and I was thankful it wasn't as loud as it was outside - but Michael loved wearing his ear protection, even when he didn't need it.

David LOVES selfies ;-)

Time with Auggie

I haven't posted to the blog in a while but my Mom came to Colorado to visit and Michael LOVED having his Auggie here.

She even danced with him at the local "hoe down"

Mom and I learned that we're not expert paddle boaters.

The Annual Family Picnic at HRLC

Michael's daycare does an Annual Family Picnic every year and Michael enjoyed playing with his friends, jumping in the bouncy house and riding a pony.

Michael/Friends Meet Up at "Touch a Truck" Event

We attended a Highlands Ranch event recently, where kids and adults alike had an opportunity to get up close and personal with fire trucks, helicopters and more. While there Michael met-up with his friend Maya, Noble and Addison.

Michael LOVES bouncy houses, especially ones with slides.

Deerfield Beach - Family Fun

Michael had a blast spending time with his Auggie, Poppa, Auntie Deborah, Uncle Ben and Auntie Em. It was "ocean, pool" all day everyday and from sun-up to sun-down we enjoyed the outdoors.

Eventually this is what happens when you "swim" all day everyday.

He LOVES sunscreen - I'm glad but it's kind of funny...

Auggie and Poppa were so sweet to build sandcastles with Michael for hours on-end.

Michael was OBSESSED with the pier. We paid to go on it a few times.

Buchtel Motors Represents at Blues & Brews Event

David's community, S. Pearl Street, hosts annual events and recently, they hosted the Blues & Brews event. We represented Buchtel Motors with a new tent and table, and gave away more than 300 branded koozies at the event. It was a huge success and it was nice to meet new people and hopefully, they'll all turn into new customers.

Gotta' love turkey legs.

We had some fun mustaches that Michael enjoyed and ultimately were enjoyed by the adults too.

Michael wanted to help a future customer put on a mustache

Some Random Pics

Enjoy!

Matching Buchtel Motors hats for my boys.

Michael had fun with Maya and Noble at Noble's house playing in the pool - yes, he's fully-clothed.

Michael's First Bike

Michael got a Strider this weekend, which as you can see, has no training wheels or pedals for that matter. That's because Strider teaches balance so you can eventually skip the training wheels and go straight for the big boy bike when he is ready. We enjoyed the bike in the park today
