Two Weeks & So in Love...

Believe it or not, Hailey turned two weeks old yesterday. And with that mini-milestone meant a trip to see Dr. Michael Frand - her and Michael's pediatrician. As expected she is doing wonderfully, but a little different outcome than our first doctor's trip when Michael was born.

How, you say? Well, it appears Hailey is tall and skinny... for now. She is in the 90/95% for height, 50/75% for head circumference and 25/50% for weight. Remember my Mr. 5th percentile little boy? We've only ever made it to the 10th percentile with him so to see a 50% of 95% is different for us...

In fact, the whole family is doing well and we've stayed busy amidst having a new baby and spending time with family. Here are some pics of our growing family:

Still At It...

Can't keep us down. Whether it's soccer games, Farmer's Markets or daily adventures, we've been having fun as a family.

While Mom (Auggie) and Dad (Poppa) were in town we headed downtown for lunch with Auntie 'Em!

Friday's = Adventure Days! And last Friday was a trip to the aquarium. Michael loved it!

He even made some new friends who showed him around the tiger exhibit. (yes, random but there is a tiger exhibit at our aquarium)

There are sharks under his feet... pretty cool.

The weather has been especially wet over the past few months, but when the sun comes out we try to spend time outside.

And who won the medal for sportsmanship on Sunday? That's right, my "Little Dribbler" did, and Auntie 'Em was there to witness his "win!"

At the Farmer's Market Michael likes to wear the Buchtel-branded koozies on his hands as Iron Man gloves.

We went on a hike one afternoon recently to Waterton Canyon.

And just yesterday Auggie and I took Michael to Lakeside Amusement Park for some fun!

On our first night out as a family of four for dinner I dressed her up in a beautiful dress for the occasion.

We are all doing very well and adjusting to our new lifestyle. Hailey does pretty well at night and I'm only up once or twice a night, which I appreciate. I have 9 weeks or so left of my leave and am trying to maximize every moment. We're loving life, enjoying each other and enjoying summer.
